A Harley will be displayed at the booths with the Sponsor’s Name. Attendees who visit 80% of the sponsorship booths will get an option to enter a Raffle. The winner has an option to choose one of the following:

MOBILE APP : $40,000

Sponsor the Synergy 2022 Digital Companion Mobile App and be visible to all attendees and prospective customers from the time the program is announced until the Synergy conference is completed. The app is maintained for an extended period of time beyond the conference.

BADGE & LANYARD : $20,000

The conference badge is the very first piece of identity every attendee needs to carry in and around the venue. People get to know each other with the credentials displayed on the badge.

The BADGE sponsor will be the “front face” throughout the Synergy Conference event. Your Logo will be on every attendee’s badge, and everyone will prominently know you.

CHARGING STATIONS give excellent onsite visibility to the sponsor(s) as everyone will be looking for it at some point during the conference to stay connected. They will be placed in high-traffic areas throughout the Synergy Conference arena. Conference attendees can use readily available desktop computers, plug in their laptops, charge their phone, ipads/other devices and capture the moments and images that will be cherished for a very long time to come.
